Flori-Door distributes imported high quality wood doors and door parts primarily through a network of Dealers in the Southeast and worldwide by common carrier to areas not serviced by one of our existing dealers. Contact us for the names of our nearest dealers or to talk with our staff.

To assist in the selection on your new entrance, we will need to know as much as possible about your requirements. The following questionnaire was developed as a guide to provide some of the information necessary to help with this selection. Answer all appropriate questions and submit the completed questionnaire to Flori-Door. You may also view the completed questionnaire to print a copy for quick reference when we talk or you may want to Fax or Mail a copy to us. Please include drawings, notes, answers to questions we didn't think to ask and any questions you might have.

Please provide us with as much information as possible in order to process your quote request quickly and accurately. Quotes for several different door options for the same opening may be requested on the same form. When finished, print and fax or e-mail your request to us. (You may want to print a copy for your records even if you e-mail the form to us.) We will need 1 form for each different size exterior opening. For complete interior packages, please fax your door schedule and save all a lot of work.
