Flori-Door, Inc. - Limited Warranty Products distributed by Flori-Door, Inc. are warranted for 1 YEAR FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY to be of good material and workmanship, and to be free from defects, at the time of delivery, that would render them unfit for their ordinary and recommended use. THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES (WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL, OR IMPLIED). Flori-Door assumes no responsibility for re-staining or re-hanging or any amount in excess of that received by Flori-Door for the product. In the event of a defect in the product, which are covered by this warranty, FLORI-DOOR INC., upon notification, will:
1. Repair any product without charge, including freight, OR
2. Provide the
customer with a replacement product of like kind, style and quality,
including freight, OR
3. If the specific
product is no longer available, or if Flori-Door, Inc. so elects, refund
to the customer the full amount received by Flori-Door for such
product.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS 1. Unsatisfactory service or appearance caused by failure to follow the handling, finishing, and installation instructions set forth on the preceding pages, is not covered by this warranty.
2. The appearance
of doors finished by others is not guaranteed in any event.
3. Natural variations
in the color or texture of the wood are not considered defects.
4. Warp shall
not be considered a defect unless it exceeds 1/4" in the plane of the door itself.
The guarantee against warp does not apply to the following
a. Doors, with 1 3/8" thick stiles which are larger than 3'0" x 6'8"
b. Doors, with 1 3/4" thick stiles which are larger than 3'0" x 8'0 "
c. Doors which are improperly hung or do not swing freely. 5. Cast or Wrought iron components are not warranted against rust.
6.All glass supplied by Flori-Door, Inc. will be subject to industry standards for scratches, blemishes, or foreign debris within the glass insert. Flori-Door will make every attempt to only install glass that meets these standards. All work order changes due to design changes by customer, delays in customer response to approving shop drawings presented, finish choices, hardware selections, or any other delays caused by non response on the customer's behalf will set production lead time back to zero.
